Our resort has recently allowed golf-carts in our community, if you have one to bring or wish to rent one from the local dealer. Our backdeck backs into the wall of the lagoon, which makes a perfect opportunity to fish or just watch the turtles in the morning. Our home is within walking distance from restaurants, a movie theater, a cosmic bowling alley, ice-skating, and shopping. We are in close proximity to the exciting Panama City Beach nightlife which includes Salty Bar, Coyote Ugly's Bar, Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Frank Brown Softball Complex, Publix Supermarket, Wal-Mart, and several golf courses. Our rates include the 10 1/2 percent tax.

Panama City Beach Condo Rental Rate Information


* You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
* No smoking or pets allowed.
* To call long distance, you must use a calling card or dial collect.
* A deposit of $270.00 is required to hold your dates, and $200.00 will be returned as soon as the maid cleans and takes inventory after your visit.
* A non-refundable made-fee of $70.00 is required (with $200.00 deposit). Every guest must use the maid, no exceptions.
* This is a family resort with strict rules, so please follow them. We provide the resort's guidelines in rental package before you leave.
*The resort does allow golf-carts. If you choose to rent one from the local dealer, or bring your own, you must abide by the resort rules with driving and parking it legally.
