It has all of the comforts of home: full kitchen including a dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice/water in the door, cable TV in the bedrooms & living room, washer/dryer, and a private balcony where you can relax with a peek of the gulf. It easily sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds, a double bed and a sofa sleeper. The condo has been remodeled to enclose the loft bedroom upstairs for privacy. It also has new living room furniture and tile flooring. The complex is on the quieter West end of the beach, away from the congested traffic. It is only 2 miles from the new Pier Park, which offers many restaurants, shops & movies, etc. (See visual tour on my website below) Southwind is a family oriented complex, perfect for your family vacation. **This condo is currently for sale, so contact me if you're interested. Other Amenities ...

Panama City Beach offers numerous attrations that are all within a mile to 5 miles from this complex. There is Gulf World Marine Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park and Shipwreck Island Water Park for families to enjoy. Rentals are available for sailing, boating, jet-skiing, parasailing, scooters, etc. There are game rooms, arcades, putt putt golf, and go-cart tracks along the beach. There are several golf courses, restaraunts, and shopping. The Sandestin Outlets shopping center is about 30-45 minutes away. There is something for everyone at Panama City Beach.

1. A $200 security/damage deposit is required to reserve the condo. *Deposit is higher for singles under 25.*

2. This is a NO SMOKING unit. If there is evidence of smoking, the deposit will not be returned due to extra cleaning expenses.

3. The cleaning fee is an additonal $75 and taxes are 10%. Rates may be slightly higher during holidays, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

4. Full payment is expected by 1 month prior to checking in. Otherwise, cash or a certified check is expected for payment.

5. We reserve the right during peak seasons to require a minimum stay.

6. During March, June & July we rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.
