All rates are + 10% tax. All weekly rates are inclusive of cleaning fees upon departure. A refundable $300 deposit is required to hold the unit for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. Rental checks are due 30 days prior to check in. We DO NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
