Casa Bones Del Mar is our beautiful upscale house with an enclosed heated pool and lanai on Estero Island -- Fort Myers Beach, directly across the street from the beach. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of watersports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, boating and a community pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house.

Our house offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The upper floor has a large master suite with a new king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, and spectacular sunsets. There is also a large sitting area with a TV and DVD player on this floor. The master bathroom has a large shower and a sunken bathtub. Our house has new furniture throughout. A new screen-enclosed swimming pool with a large pool deck has recently been built along with a cabana room. The cabana room has a rest room, sofa sleeper and TV. The kitchen is very modern with new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, spices, and all the gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.

The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater amplifier. The entertaiment unit includes games such as checkers, Bacgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice selection of books.

There is a large balcony with dining tables, off the dining and family room areas. The Manatee bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a picture of a manatee on the wall. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The cabana room is the forth sleeping area with a full size sleeper sofa.

There are ceiling fans throughout the house,in all the bedrooms and on the pool deck.

Additional amenities include free local phone calls, central air-conditioning, a full-size washer and dryer, beach towels and bed and bath linens. Long distance calls require your calling card or cell phone.

Beach chairs,umbrellas, towels and bicycles are available for you to use.

A new Publix Supermarket, a drugstore, movie theater and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Please review our collection of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach and nearby tourist activities.
Driving times to major cities include: Miami and Tampa (two hours);Orlando,Disney World,Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (three hours).

Casa Bones Del Mar requires a minimum stay of 7 days. We rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

All reservations require a $500.00 refundable security deposit. A $1000.00 rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The security deposit will be returned to you within four weeks after your departure, less any damage or extra cleaning charges.

Cancellation must be in writing. If you cancel at any time after paying the rental deposit, it is subject to forfeiture unless full term of your reservation can be rebooked. Once rebooked, your entire deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be returned.

We do not rent to single groups under 30 years of age. All rentals are subject to 9% sales tax. All accounts are payable in US funds. Visa, Mastercard, Personal checks, traveler’s checks and cashiers checks are accepted. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed.
