Kissimmee Vacation Villa Rental Rates/Policies:

Minimum stay of 4 days. $80 cleaning charge if stay is less than 7 days. Pool heat charge is $35 per day.

Security Deposit
A security deposit in the amount of $250.00 is required 14 days after your reservation request is made. Your reservation will be HELD until the deposit is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered RESERVED (guaranteed). Reservations can not be guaranteed until the security deposit has been received. The security deposit is held to ensure that the property will be left in it's original condition. Deposits will be returned in full providing a satisfactory inspection after check-out. Damages to the property can result in a full or partial loss of the security deposit.

Payment
Payment is due 42 days prior to the check-in date. Your reservation will be RESERVED until the full payment is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered CONFIRMED.

Cancellations & Refunds
The security deposit and any payments made will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.

For all cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited and a pro-rated portion of the payment will be returned. For example, if the cancellation takes place 11 days prior to the check-in date and there are 14 days to cancel prior to the check-in date, then a refund of 75% of the payment (11/14 = 75%) will be refunded.

An administration fee of $50.00 will apply for all cancellations.
