Imagine seven miles of sandy beach to walk and sun on and then swim in our heated swimming pool (one of the few pools actually beachside facing the gulf)! Then relax in the comfort of the jacuzzi/whirlpool. Imagine parking your car in your reserved, covered parking place and walking, if you wish, to restaurants of all types, shopping in all sorts of stores and local tourist attractions of all kinds. Local trolleys will take you elsewhere, on and off the Island. If tennis is your preference, courts are available at the nearby Oak Street facility and golf is found just down the street at Bay Beach Golf Course and at many fine courses nearby. A perfectly ideal location and condo rental!

Other Amenities ...

You will find a complete kitchen, breakfast bar, all linens and towels, even beach towels. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and the second bathroom has a walk in shower. A Queen Sofabed is provided. There are two cable TV's. Washer and dryer are in the building (laundry room overlooks the beach). Smoking is permitted on the screened balcony, but not it the apartment. Floating Casino departs daily. Just over two hours to Disney/Epcot Center. Visit Jungle Gardens, Edison's Home, Major League Baseball and more.
