The upside down arrangement gives a panoramic, unobstructed view of the gulf and Camp Creek Coastal Dune Lake from it's 19x14 deck and large living/dining area windows. Step off the deck directly on the Community beach board walk and the gulf and one of Walton County's rare Coastal Dune Lakes are just a few steps in oposite directions. The location is great for Kayakers offering the pristine Camp Creek Coastal Dune Lake for lake and channel kayaking as well as kayaking with the often present Dolphins in the Gulf.
Sleeping arrangements accommodate maximum of 14 in 1 king, 3 twins over over full bunks, a twin and queen sofa bed. A large 14x19 tiled room off the master bedroom can be used as a 3rd bedroom (with 2 queen sofa beds) or as another social gathering room with it's own separate door to the beach and a TV/VCR for entertainment. Great for families who would like second "living/playing room" for kids while the adults gather undisturbed in the living area and deck upstairs overlooking the gulf.

Pelican's Landing comes fully furnished with all appliances including stereo, four TV's, 2 VCRs, washer/dryer, bedding, and linen. The master bath includes an oversized jacuzzi tub. The entire unit has been refurbished with all new futniture in 2005 and best of all it's PET FRIENDLY.
