The back two storey addition has its own sitting room with tv and sleeper sofa. (Next year the addition will have a kitchen) Upstairs large bedroom with its own balcony with gulfview, walking closet, bathroom with two sinks and tv with vcr.

During June, July and August the house is rented totally. During off season the house can be rented as a two, three or four bedroom. Prices are based on number of bedrooms.

The open design allows large families to enjoy their vacation time together. The home has parking for three cars, central heat and air, ceiling fans, attractive florida decor. Fully equipped kitchen (with new appliances, built in microwave, glass top stove, side by side fridge with water filter), separate laundry, mud room with outside doors to both sides of the house.

Built in sprinkler system, outside shower, landscaped grounds, sleeps up to 14 people. Four tvs, surround sound stereo system, and much more.

Spring, Fall and Winter Rentals the House can be converted to a two or three bedroom two bathroom home. Call for rates and information.
