This 812 sq ft, pet-friendly, ground level townhouse (which we have named "Just Right")is the best bargain on the Island with a weekly Summer rate of only $500. The top floor features a king size bed, a full bath and a washer/dryer. On the newly tiled lower floor is the kitchen, the living room and a half bath. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed. There is a view of Santa Rosa Sound (the Intercoastal Waterway)from the 2nd floor bedroom and balcony (see photo) from which you can watch the boat traffic and it is a short 4 minute stroll to the sugar white sand and emerald green water beaches of the Gulf of Mexico (with one low-traffic road to cross)over a boardwalk. It is a short one minute walk to the edge of Santa Rosa Sound - great for fishing. This townhouse has a ground level patio area (20' X 16') with a BBQ grill. Restaurants and clubs are within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking space for two cars.

Minimum stay of 3 days, expect for the Summer Season, May 24 to Aug 9, which is a minimum stay of of one week. 11% tax on all rates.
