It sleeps 14 in 1 king in the master bedroom, queens in bedroom 2 and 3, 2 single over double bunks in bedroom 4, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A 13 foot flat bottom boat with electric motor and a canoe is provided for those into fishing or just crusing the lake.

While located in quiet Laguna Beach, the Miracle Strip, Shipwreck Lagoon Water Park, Gulf World, Shell Island Cruises, Parasailing,Wave Runner rentals, "Swim with the Dolphins" packages, World Class Fishing, Golf Courses, Mini-Golf, Go-Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, 1st class deep sea fishing, many, many restaurants to suit all tastes and more are just a few miles down Beach Front Road.
