2 Rooms Non-Smoking No Pets

Isla Del Sol is an island community on 350 acres of beautifully manicured tropical gardens surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. It is located on the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg. Isla del Sol consists of a variety of different condominium buildings in a resort environment that offers a million dollar clubhouse, country style living with several pools, tennis facilities and a golf course.


We offer two categories of accommodations: 1 Bedroom DeLuxe and 2 Bedroom DeLuxe. All our units are non smoking (smoking on the balcony is permitted)


1 bedroom DeLuxe apartment (900 sqf, sleep 2):
The inside is completely updated. Every unit is completely furnished and tastefully decorated and features free high speed internet, central A/C-heat, Cable TV, LCD or plasma TV in the living room and VCR and DVD player, TV in the bed room, Stereo/CD, telephone/answering machine, mirror walls. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with ceran cook top, side by side door fridge with ice maker and ice water dispenser and washer/dryer. Cookware and utensils are also provided, and all new linens and towels. The Master BR comes with a queen size bed.

2 bedroom DeLuxe apartment (1,200 sqf, sleep 4):
The inside is completely updated. Every unit is completely furnished and tastefully decorated and features free high speed internet, central A/C-heat, Cable TV, LCD or plasma TV in the living room and VCR and DVD player, TV in the bed room, Stereo/CD, telephone/answering machine, mirror walls. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with ceran cook top, side by side door fridge with ice maker and ice water dispenser and washer/dryer. Cookware and utensils are also provided, and all new linens and towels. The Master BR comes with a queen size bed. The 2nd. bedroom features a full or queen size bed.


All apartments feature a big balcony with an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico, the famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Tampa Bay and the famous Florida sunsets. See the boats going by from almost every window and the balcony.
Every unit comes with its own assigned under building parking space.

-St. Pete Beach offers miles of white, sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers Scooter - Boat- and Jet ski rental's, Miniature Golf, Volleyball, Biking, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Parasailing. But it also offers a unique variety of shops, specialty stores, Disco's, excellent Restaurants, services and events designed to make your Florida vacation or shopping excursion memorable.

-Fort De Soto is located only a 5 minutes drive from ISLA DEL SOL. The entire island is now Fort De Soto Park, a Pinellas county park which offers fine beaches, fishing, nature trails, camping, boating, and much more. It was voted no. 2 in America's Top Beaches for 2003 by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman (Dr. Beach)

All Rates plus: $75.00 application fee, $95.00 end cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax.

A 25% deposit of the net rent is required to hold the apartment for you, and the balance is due at your arrival. The rental deposit is non-refundable

A security deposit or a valid Credit Card is also required at your arrival, to cover any abnormal breakage or other damage over and above normal wear and tear on the property. This will be refunded on the last day of occupancy.
