Our guest policy is 3 night minimum stay. See our owners site at the bottom of this page for more information on discounts. A $200.00 damage deposit is required to book and secure your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days from departure date. Rental fee is due 2 weeks before your arrival. Payment is by personal check, credit card, or Paypal. Florida taxes of approximately 10% are in addition to rental rate listed above. No smoking inside. No pets allowed per the complex association.
