We would love to share our "home away from home" with you and your family. Be our guests and enjoy our "Seas the Day" non-smoking, deluxe studio on the 9th floor.

The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on the comfortable queen-sized Murphy wall-bed which can be easily stored away during the day. For the kids, there are two bunk beds in the hallway. Additionally, a sleeper sofa is great for relaxing during the day but at night converts to a queen-sized bed.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in. If you prefer to dine out, there are several great restaurants nearby. Some are within walking distance. The poolside H20 Bar and Grill is a great place to enjoy a waterfront, full dining experience. The ground floor Majestic Market featuring Starbucks also has a variety of sandwiches, salads, desserts and snacks. Also for your added convenience there is a stack washer and dryer.

The view from the 9th floor balcony is spectacular. You will enjoy overlooking the emerald waters and white sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches."

Majestic Beach Towers located on Front Beach Road in the heart of Panama City Beach will soon become one of the most popular family resorts. The resort offers outstanding amenities such as three outdoor pools with waterfalls (one is covered at Tower II), two indoor heated pool (one is at Tower II), separate gated baby pool, poolside snack bar, three hot tubs (shared), fitness center with steam and sauna (additional fee), spa services (additional fee), tennis court, stadium seating movie theatre with complimentary movies, ground floor market and covered parking with air-conditioned walkway over the highway.

Linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

1. NO SMOKING(even on the balcony) and NO PETS allowed. If either of these occur, the security deposit will be forfeited.
2. The primary renter must be 25 years old and stay the entire period. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
3. CHECK IN: 4:00 PM Central Time
CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM Central Time
4. Deposits: A $200 Refundable Reservation/Security deposit plus a $50 (non-refundable) one time end of stay cleaning fee is required within 7 days of making the reservation. The $200 deposit automatically converts to a Security/Damage deposit upon arrival. The $200 deposit is fully refundable by mail within 7 days of departure after an inspection of the unit occurs and no damage is noted or any items missing (including keys). If there is damage that exceeds $200, full restitution for the repairs/replacement will be pursued.
5. Final Payment: 21 days prior to arrival, full payment (plus 10.5% Florida Taxes) is required. Personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, certified checks, and credit cards(accepted through PayPal and add an additional 2.5% processing fee) are accepted. If there is less time than 21 days before arrival for the owner to receive the payment, payment must be made by credit card, money order or certified check.
6. Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation for any reason, we will make every attempt to re-rent the unit. Any rental obtained during your vacancy will be credited to your account, minus an administrative fee of $100 for re-renting. If unable to re-rent, all monies paid will be non-refundable except the Security deposit.
7. No refunds for early departure unless there are forced weather evacuations by PCB authorities.
8. Bring your own beach towels.
9. Rates during holiday periods are higher.
