Westridge estate has a lovely safe feel to it. It has resident as well as tourist homes which are well spaced and have lush greenery, the estate being exceptionally well looked after. The estate offers community facilities such as tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, community pool and children’s play area. For the golfers there is an 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course just one mile away from the estate, plus other numerous clubs near by.
The villa itself has a living/lounge area overlooking the pool area with an offset large kitchen and dinning area. Cable TV 40" LCD flat panel, DVD, Video and Hi Fi, Ceiling Fan in lounge.
The master suite has Queen Bed with patio doors leading to the pool area and has a large ensuite bathroom with tub, separate shower and his and her sinks, plus walk in wardrobe. Cable TV, Video, Telephone and Clock Radio Alarm, Ceiling Fan.
The double bedroom has Queen Bed, a window overlooking the pool area and Cable TV, Clock radio alarm, Ceiling Fan.
The two twin bedrooms are themed as girls Princess Room and a boys Spiderman Room. Both with TV and DVD and Ceiling Fans. There is also a Playstation II consul and games in the boy’s bedroom. All bedrooms are well decorated with quality fittings. There is a main bathroom with tub and over bath shower with screen and vanity unit.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot, toaster and all you will need plus more.
The new games room is carpeted and has a ceiling fan, it is equiped with a full size pool table, electronic darts and a CD/radio player
Around the south facing pool area are comfortable padded sunloungers plus table with umbrella and chairs for that all-important ‘al fresco’ dining. Under water night lighting. The screen surrounding the pool area keeps all flying beasties out including mosquito’s.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The pool has heating available upon request (gas heated, the most reliable heating method for the cooler months).
Shaded lanai area for sitting in when the sun is too much.
Management Company available for problems and queries.

A deposit of one £100 per week.The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure, if under 8 weeks the full amount
A security deposit of £200 is required payable with balance. The deposit refunded in 14 days, subject to no damage being caused or items missing.
The rental charge is inclusive of all electricity, water and local sales taxes. Pool heating £70/week by request.
Only the persons shown on the booking form occupy property. No all male or female parties. (Unless agreed)
additional members added to your party after booking, the owner should be advised prior to your stay.
If due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control the property is unable to be used we reserve the right to offer similar accommodation in the same surrounding area.
The owners or agents accept no responsibility whatsoever and no compensation or any other payment will be made if any cancellation or change to the terms of the booking become necessary due to war, threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, industrial dispute, nautical and nuclear disasters, fire, flood, technical problems with transportation or any events beyond their control
The owners do not accept any responsibility or liability for personal injury or death howsoever caused as a result of the use of the pool or surrounding areas. It is the responsibility of an adult to ensure that children are supervised at all times in and around the pool. For their own safety children should not swim-unattended.
It is the individual’s responsibility to take out the appropriate insurance’s to cover all aspects of the holiday and to ensure that passports, travel documents and visas are all in order.
