From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of white sand and warm water for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, wake boarding, and much more. Orlando is about an hour away if you wish to visit the theme park attractions including: Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World and MGM Studios. The airport is less than an hour away, making it easy to catch your flight. Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are within minutes. You will find plenty to do in this world famous beach resort area. The world famous "Sandcastles" at Cocoa Beach was built in 1985 and has been getting rave reviews about its location, accommodations and its beautiful panoramic ocean view ever since. Many who stay at Sandcastles re-book and refer us to family, friends and co-workers. Located on the Atlantic Ocean just south of the Kennedy Space Center, you can watch the most Spectacular Sunrises, hit the beach to soak up the sun, watch the cruise ships pass by or maybe catch a Space Shuttle launch! Given a Mexican-Caribbean makeover, our unit has been updated to provide you with all the luxuries of home plus others to make your stay a trouble-free one! The condo unit is Smoke-Free and fully furnished with a full kitchen, linens and towels. Ammenities include a shared heated pool, spa and tennis courts. Plus easy walking distance to dining and entertainment. There is no lack of entertainment activity in this resort area. We do our best to meet your rental vacation needs. Popular weeks book well in advance so don't delay! Our Smoke-Free Condo has just recently had a Caribbean-Mexican style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD/VCR & Stereo in the living area. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, body boards, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blowdryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit.
