Luxurious 2BD/2BA, NON-SMOKING Oceanfront Condo on 10th Floor of the Sand Dollar Condominium at 3115 S. Atlantic Ave. on Daytona Beach. Both the Living room and Master Bedroom have access to a large Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Sand Dollar Condominium is Family oriented, not a party building. Sorry, no pets allowed.

WEEKLY RENTALS: SATURDAY to SATURDAY. 7 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express accepted.

RENTAL RATES from $840 to $1,240 depending on the Dates. Special Events are higher. A $60 Cleaning Fee plus 12.5% Florida Tax will be added to all Rental Rates.

LOCATION: Centrally located within 75 minutes of most Central Florida Attractions, such as: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, and Historic St. Augustine with Golf Hall of Fame.

AIRPORTS: Only 8 mi/13 km from Daytona International Airport and 73 mi/120 km from Orlando International Airport.

BUILDING has a Security System/Central Smoke Detectors/Sprinklers, Underderground Parking/7'door, Oceanfront Pool Deck with heated Pool/Hot Tub, 2 Elevators, 2 Sauna's and fully equipped Excercise Room. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants with Diapers or Swimmies are not allowed in the Pool or Hot Tub by Order of the Health Department.

$200 per Week BOOKING FEE is required to hold your Vacation dates, if your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates.

CANCALLATION POLICY: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 5% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 5% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 10% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
