Cancelations made before 8 weeks of departure would only forfiet the deposit, after the 8 weeks the full rental price would be expected.
Deposit: $150 per week deposit is required and a refundable security deposit of $225 is also expected.

Check In: 4:00AM
Check Out: 12:00AM
Required Stay: Normally saturday to saturday.
