Rental Requirements

* $500 Security Deposit with Signed Rental Agreement is required to book the home (Returned 15 days after check-out, given satisfactory leave)
* NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed, as we have many clients of whom are allergic, and we are proud to keep our homes smoke and dander free!
* Final Payment due 30 days before check-in
* Stays that include Holidays may be subject to Additional Fees (pre-determined)
* $120 Departure Cleaning Fee
* 10% FL Tax Required
* Check-in Time is 3 pm.
* Check-out Time is 10 am.
* Discounts Apply for Booking Multiple Months
* Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in. Fees will apply for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
