* $500 Security Deposit with signed rental agreement is required to book the home (returned after check-out, given satisfactory leave)
* NO SMOKING AND NO PETS are allowed, as we have many clients with allergies and we are proud to keep our homes smoke and dander free
* Final payment due 30 days before check-in
* Stays that include Holidays, may be subject to additional fees
* $120 Departure Cleaning Fee
* 10% FL tax required
* Check in time is 3 pm
* Check out time is 10 am
* Discounts for booking multiple months
* Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in. Fees will apply for cancelling within 30 days of stay.
