comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite
with a large balcony overlooking private pool/spa-jacuzzi and seated decking
area for those ready to be impressed. The villa has a 'Disney' themed twin
bedded room for those magical dreamers and 2 other very comfortable twin
bedded rooms. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room and 2 communal
bathrooms. All bedroom's are fitted with T.V.s and the main living area has
T.V. and playstation. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open
plan, pool side family room, a large living and dining room with dining
seating for 6, a centrally located fully fitted kitchen and seated serving area,
and a breakfast bay with seating for 4. The fully air conditioned property also
has a utility / laundry room with an adjoining secure 2 car space garage.
