If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure the full amount is payable immediately. Our local management company provide a meet and greet service, and can arrange for additional extras such as welcome food baskets, park tickets, car hire, any other requests are considered. Booking of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $95. Pool heating is avaliable for $20 per day ( minimum of 3 days ) DISCOUNTS FOR FIRST YEAR BOOKINGS, DISCOUNTS FOR LONG STAYS.
