Madeira Beach Vacation Condo Rental Policies:
We prefer Saturday to Saturday Rentals only! Shorter stays only if there is an opening in our calendar. There is a $200 security deposit required upon booking. There is a 60 day cancellation policy. All rentals subject to 12% tax + $100.00 Cleaning/Linen Fee. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice! Sorry, NO Pets and NO Smoking! Holiday Weeks are $200 extra per week!
