Enjoy all the comforts of our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath Florida Vacation Pool Home with Air-Conditioned Gameroom. The private pool is great for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing and the gameroom (foosball, air hockey, table tennis, electronic darts, electronic ESPN basketball, toy chest and exercise bike) adds plenty of fun for all ages! Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can vacation in style?

Our Non-Smoking home offers a formal living and dining room and separate family room. The king sized master bedroom offers cable TV/VCR/DVD player, phone/answering machine, radio/alarm clock and a huge en suite master bath consisting of a garden tub, double sink vanity, walk-in closet, and separate shower. The three remaining bedrooms offer 2 roomy queen bedrooms and a themed twin bedroom with 2 beds all with radio/alarm clocks, TV/VCRs. All quality linens and towels, including pool towels, are provided for you. There's plenty of room for the entire family or two families vacationing together.

The family room, kitchen, dinette areas make up a spacious great room. You'll enjoy TV/VCR/DVD, music system, and movie library, games, electronic toys and puzzles. Also enjoy high speed internet access when you bring your own laptop for no additional charge. If you decide to dine in, the fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all appliances and accessories you'll need. You'll also love the "natural gas" outdoor grill located near the pool area. No propane bottles to fill. Laundry facilities are also provided for your convenience.

Our location can't be beat. The convenient, central location is only about 4 miles from Disney and just minutes from challenging area golf courses and many fine shops and restaurants on Highway 192. The Gulf Coast and beaches are about 1 hr. 15 mins. west or the Atlantic Coast is about 1 hr. east. After a busy day, you'll love having a great place to call "Home".

Inquiry Process: Email us to check if your vacation dates are available. We will mail you the necessary reservation forms to begin the booking process. A $250 deposit is required to hold your vacation dates within 10 days. This deposit is applied to the entire cost of your stay.
Six weeks before your arrival date, we must receive entire balance due, along with a damage/key return security deposit of $250. After your departure our cleaning staff will conduct a home inspection and confirm the key is returned properly. If everything is found in order and no damage is reported, this security deposit is refunded to you.
If a reservation is made six weeks or less of your arrival date, please email vacation7727@aol.com about booking process.

Cancellation Policy:
Once we have received your booking deposit and signed booking forms, your booking deposit is non refundable. You may cancel the booking in writing at any time prior to your arrival. The following cancellation charges will be payable to us:
More than 6 Weeks to Arrival - 50% of total vacation cost
6-3 Weeks prior to Arrival - 75% of total vacation cost
3-0 Weeks prior to Arrival -100% of total vacation cost
Please be aware that any changes in reservations are always subject to availability of new dates.
