The tastefully decorated, roomy, non-smoking condominium is turnkey furnished with all appliances and linens, silk flower arrangements, and original art. The screened-in lanai overlooks the golf course. The unit has one King-size and two twin beds. For your added comfort and convenience, an answering machine, coffeemaker, toaster oven, TV with cable and VCR, towels, and ceiling fans for the nine-foot ceilings are also provided.

A private lockable storage unit with a space for a bike for renters' use is adjacent to reserved covered parking. A pool and tennis court are right in front of our building. Our unit is on the first floor.

FULL MEMBERSHIP entitles the member to use the golf course, driving range, 6-day advance tee-times, tennis, swimming pools, fitness center, social and other facilities of Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club. Full club members pay $37 green fees including Cart. A $200 transfer fee is required, and payable to the country club upon your arrival to receive your membership card.

A signed lease is required.
