Two bedroom, two bath, top floor condo new in 2000 with pool and direct access (no roads to cross) to the beach. Sleeps 8. Partial beach views. 2 miles from the Emerald Coast Conference Center. Sugar white beaches and emerald green water are within 100 yards (a two minute stroll). Once on the beach take advantage of the fee beach service (a set up of one umbrella with two lounge chairs), relax and take in the sun. Okaloosa Island (which is a section of Santa Rosa Island) is just 6 miles from Destin and is a quiet, family-oriented beach area. Pets are not allowed and no smoking. This third floor unit has two beautifully decorated areas. Escape upstairs to your private master bedroom (King size bed) and full bath with balcony overlooking the pool. On the first level is the kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and hallway bunk beds. French doors lead to balconies from the bedroom and living area. Enjoy ocean breezes and partial views of the Gulf.

3 night minimum. 11% tax on all rates. $200 deposit. Cleaning fee and beach service included in rent. Beach service is available from March 1 thru October 31. No pets. No smoking. Maximum occupancy is 8.
